Comprehensive Package: $259.00
This is a full-day service. Our full-day rate includes up to five hours on-site photo/video and data collection time, two hours of office time and up to one hour of free transportation time. This package includes.
Creation of a detailed digital photographic database of client’s standard and non-standard property with unlimited number of digital pictures to document this property.
Creation of a detailed digital video of the exterior and interior of the premises to include garage, basement, fencing and any outbuildings on the property. The client may at their discretion narrate this video if desired.
Creation of a detailed database to include manufacturing information, makes, model numbers and serial numbers of electronics, appliances and furnishings.
This information along with digital photos of the items will be transferred to our software and a printed inventory portfolio prepared for the client.
Additional digital pictures or digital video to document other property, for example, personal collections of any nature i.e dolls, baseball cards, knives, guns, etc

This is a half-day service (3 - 4 hours on-site time). No video.

Database with Video Only: $159.00
Creation of a detailed dvd of the exterior and interior of the premises to include garage, basement, fencing and any outbuildings on the property. This service includes hand written inventory and videography, plus software generated report.
The client may at their discretion narrate this dvd if desired.(3 - 4 hours on-site time)
Business Inventory:
Charged hourly at $40.00 an hour including travel time. ( $80.00 ) minimum. Call for consult.
Annual Updates:
We encourage you to revisit your inventory at least once or twice a year to add or delete items. The $35 fee is for service that can be completed without a site visit. If you have substantial additions or have remodeled your home, a site visit may be required and will be billed at $25/hour. We will provide you with an updated CD and printout of your updated database when your annual update is completed.
Property identification/engraving: $25.00 hr ( min 1 hour )
This service provides you with engraving of all your electronics or other possessions you determine. All markings are made in inconspicious places as to not affect the aesthetic’s of the component. These items will be cataloged and the marking locations identified in a printed report suitable for insurance companies and police reports. This service greatly enhances the chances of recovery through proper identification.

ADS Home Inventory is not a certified appraisal company nor do we offer appraisals or estimates of value for any property we record. It is the clients responsibility to establish or prove value for any and all items they own.
ADS Home Inventory will copy/scan any and all relevent receipts or documentation establishing proof of ownership and value for items owned by the client, at the request of the client. This information will then be added to the database via our software and generated in the original report given to the home owner.
ADS Home Inventory will not retain any of the information after you receive your inventory portfolio unless agreed upon in writing. At such time that we are requested to maintain a copy of the portfolio, please be advised that this info will be electronically maintained in our software database. This information will not be made available online. We will not physically retain photo discs or videos. We strongly suggest that after receipt of your portfolio you keep these records protected via a safe deposit box, fireproof safe, etc In the event your information is lost or destroyed and you have requested ADS Home Inventory to maintain a database for you, we will generate a new report for the client and/or Insurance companies and law enforcement at no additional fee to the client.
